We provide real estate brokerage services including listing representation, buyer's agent service, first-time buyer guidance, relocation coordination, and bilingual (English/Spanish) real estate support across Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange counties.

Selvin Herrera also holds a mortgage loan originator license (NMLS #329041) for services provided through our sister company Good Life Lending. Real estate brokerage services through Good Life Realtors are separate and distinct from mortgage services — you are not required to use our sister company for financing.

Common-Ownership Disclosure

Good Life Realtors, Inc. is commonly owned with SHH Buys Homes (a direct cash home buyer) and Good Life Lending (a mortgage lender) under Selvin Herrera and SHH Holdings LTD. When a traditional brokerage relationship is not the best fit for your situation, we may suggest you consider one of these sister companies. Any such referral is optional — you are always free to use independent providers. We disclose this common ownership in writing on every transaction.

Agency Relationships

Under California Civil Code § 2079 and related provisions, a real estate licensee may represent the seller only, the buyer only, or (with the informed written consent of both parties) act as a dual agent. We will provide you with a written Disclosure Regarding Real Estate Agency Relationships form at the appropriate stage of any transaction, and we will always secure your written consent before entering into dual agency.
